Throwing Sand

A F Branco cartoon

Dr Robert W Malone posted an update at Substack with a link to the petition to move The American Sovereignty Declaration forward:

“The World Health Organization (WHO) is a supranational United Nations agency that is effectively controlled by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), as evidenced, among other things, by the manner in which the WHO’s Director-General, Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus, has relentlessly accomplished Beijing’s bidding. That includes advancing the CCP’s interest in bringing about a post-Constitutional-America and “global governance” dominated by the Party. The CCP’s hegemonic ambitions have no place for a powerful United States of America, human freedom or personal sovereignty.

The WHO is, moreover, underwritten and malignly influenced by other hostile special interests, including Bill Gates and Big Pharma. Their efforts to expand the WHO’s supranational control align with Beijing’s. If they are no more concerned than the CCP with actually advancing public health, Gates and his fellow corporate globalists exploit their roles with the World Health Organization to generate profits.

These factors make it hardly surprising that, in the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, the WHO lied about the natureorigins and effective responses to the Wuhan Virus. The “China Model” of lockdownsmasks and vaccine mandates and digital enforcement mechanisms was endorsed. And the WHO approved the use of expensive and inadequately tested gene therapies as “vaccinations” and the suppression of readily available, effective and inexpensive treatments. . . .

. . .

What the WHO has euphemistically dubbed its “One Health” approach enables it to take animals, plants and the environment under its jurisdiction.  Doing so would give it authority over every aspect of life, under the guise of a potential public health emergency. . . .

Dr Malone Goes to Vienna

If you need a little pick-me-up, look no further than Dr Robert W Malone, who reported from Vienna:

This week Jill and I are in Wien (Vienna), Austria for a number of events, culminating in the reading of a proclamation, a concert and screening of a Plandemic III teaser later tonight.

At breakfast this morning, the hotel table overflowed with brilliant people from all over the globe. Passions were high as we wrote a proclamation to the citizens of the world (to be read and sung later in the day). Then we moved to our apartment where controlled chaos reigned as the creative process took over the group and we recorded videos and song. No money, no recording rights - this effort is all freely given by everyone involved. This is about freedom, and we all feel the connection, the pressure to stop the globalized oppression and the worldwide yearning for individual sovereignty, as the sacred ground of freedom slips from under our feet. We do not want to be ruled by globalized corporatists and elitists. The United Nations has been co-opted by the politics of the World Economic Forum and the New World Order. Although this has to change, I think we all feel so privileged to be a part of this resistance and freedom movement! I am grateful to serve with so many amazing people.

The recording session this morning also included an impromptu recording session with Brad (Five Times August).

So indulge me for sharing a few photos from this morning’s video shoot. [see more below and at the link]

We did one take of the proclamation - and it was perfect!

The censorship has been hot and heavy in Austria over the past three years, and by all accounts it is only getting worse. Unfortunately, this is also true for many other nations, and seems to be led by an anonymous coordinated globalized effort. This is why we must speak the truth of the universal right to speak freely, the freedom of the press and the right of assembly in all of our public spaces, including the internet.

Yesterday, one of our events was “cancelled” by a mayor of an Austrian town without warning or notice. This fall, at least two medical freedom events in the USA, had to be re-booked because event venues cancelled at the last minute - when they found out that it was a medical freedom meeting.

. . .

Last night we had a great reception and a practice session for some of the musicians for tonight’s concert. We are all part of an underground movement not just for medical freedom, but for freedom and individual sovereignty.

Think about waking up your friends by having a house concert, screen one of the great documentaries about what has happened, or just have a reception or workshop to share locally with like minds. The downstream benefits will impact so many.

In a chorus, many people sing different voices. We need all of our voices in this movement.  . . .

More at the link here.  Dr Malone is one of my heroes.

More deliberate destruction: food shortages

The editorial at Issues & Insights pretty much answers its own questions:

. . . Most by now have seen reports that Dutch officials are closing as many as 3,000 farms in the Netherlands, the world’s second-largest exporter of agricultural products by value even though it’s only slightly larger than Maryland, to comply with crackpot European Union carbon dioxide emissions rules. It’s possible that eventually more than 11,000 farms will be shut down, and 17,600 forced to sharply cut their livestock numbers.

On our side of the Atlantic, the malefactors are also busy. Just the News is reporting that the Environmental Protection Agency is quietly quadrupling the regulatory cost of carbon emissions in a new war on fossil fuels, which is, of course, also a war on the food supply.

“If you think about the fact that they would impose this damage factor, let’s say on farmers, because it applies to fertilizer,” Louisiana Solicitor General Liz Murill said on the John Solomon Reports podcast. “Fertilizer emits nitrous oxide. So fertilizer is a big contributor. If every family farmer now is going to have to pay more to obtain fertilizer to fertilize crops that feed us, well, what’s that going to do to the price of food?”

Are these mere coincidences, entirely unrelated, isolated events?

Could be. But …

  • U.S. farmers are convinced that “government meddling threatens their livelihoods and the nation’s food security.”
  • “Unrealistic green-energy policies in Europe – and the Biden administration’s hostility to U.S. energy production – are worsening energy shortages,” writes James Meigs in City Journal “With energy prices soaring, food production and distribution will suffer.”
  • Global skunks are promoting bugs as an alternative to the foods we enjoy, which is an implicit way of saying “you can eat insects, as unpalatable as they are, or you can go hungry – it’s almost time to choose.”
  • The White House has added agricultural land to the federal Conservation Reserve Program, encouraging farmers to leave their land fallow. It’s part, says essayist John Mac Ghlionn, writing in the Washington Times, “of a broader, government-wide push to halve greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. Interestingly, the Biden administration’s goal is very similar to the Dutch government’s goal.”
  • Canadian boy Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has proposed rules that will “decimate Canadian farming.”
  • “Even as food shortages intensify, governments, including the Biden administration, are cracking down harder on agricultural production,” the Epoch Times reports. “While the attacks on agriculture and related industries look different in different nations, many experts say it’s a coordinated global policy being promoted by the U.N., the World Economic Forum (WEF), the European Union, and other international forces determined to transform civilization.”
  • “The Biden administration has engaged in an omni-directional assault on our food production system,” says the Heartland Institute.

As it turns out, all this is happening at the same time “the number of people affected by hunger has more than doubled in the past three years”, according to the United Nations, as “almost a million people are living in famine conditions, with starvation and death a daily reality.”

. . .

If only the WEF [World Economic Forum] were some fringe group that had no influence. But it’s not – it’s a well-funded syndicate with an axis of powerful followers.

“You will own nothing, and you will be happy.” Not.

World Economic Forum megalomaniac Klaus Schwab famously said:  “You will own nothing, and you will be happy.”  Neil Oliver takes exception to this pronouncement:

From behind one podium after another, western leaders and their lackeys talk more and more openly about a liberal world order – even a rules-based liberal world order. The more I hear and see about a world ordered by self-described liberals and their rules, the less I like it. I certainly don’t recall ever being invited to vote for it. Two years ago I gave scant thought to acronyms like WHO, UN, WEF. Now I watch them with the same attention I give to dogs that look like they might bite.

At some point in the past – and I missed that point too, whenever it was, I will freely admit – the governing class decided they were done with serving us and that they own us and rule us instead. That cancerous thought has metastasized in recent years, so that it’s not just governments and their bureaucrats and preferred scientists who presume to lord it over us, to tell us what to do, what to think.

That same deranged thought is there throughout the greediest capitalist corporations now as well. The technocrats took free speech by the throat long ago, so as to preserve and push their own self-described progressive ideologies. Now that same superiority complex is everywhere else as well.

. . .

I have never in my life before listened to government policy – and to the policies of governments all around the world – and felt endangered. But I do now. If you feel that too – a deep physiological response to the last two years, and a growing sense of something malevolent – then you are not alone. Sometimes it feels like society itself has been poisoned – and that all that society is being offered is yet more poisonous nonsense.

We should notice that it is from among us, the ordinary people, that the farmers and the truckers come – so that it is we who really have the power that matters in the end.

In Sri Lanka, they’re quite a bit further down the line than us – although hardly out of sight. Thousands of people, driven beyond endurance by economic collapse and the worst food and fuel shortages in living memory, found they had nothing left to lose. I read this morning about protestors there storming and occupying their president’s official residence in the city of Colombo.

Desperate people and desperate measures. It’s interesting to note that, contrary to what Klaus Schwab and his World Economic Forum might think … it turns out that when some people find they actually do own nothing anymore – they’re really not very happy at all.

How America Ends

Doomsday prophecy:  Mike Adams predicts “How America Ends” at America First.  These are frightening predictions, but they square with many of the developments since the coup d’etat in 2020-2021. Here’s an excerpt:

. . .The era of Western Civilization is coming to an end. It will be characterized by the collapse of the dollar, a global repudiation of the petrodollar status, a collapse of the rule of law across the United States, a collapse of the stock market, pensions, bond market and crypto markets, a collapse of the food supply chain, and a collapse of the fuel and transportation infrastructure. This will, in turn, take down the power grid in many areas, leading to a Mad Max-style scenario from which a few capable survivors will attempt to flee.

Before the end of 2025, as I have publicly predicted for at least the last five years — America as you know it will cease to exist. This has been the plan all along from Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and plenty of RINO neocons, too (the Cheneys, Bushes, etc.). They needed to take down America in order to achieve one world government under the fascist United Nations, with universal gun control, universal vaccine mandates, abortion “rights,” engineered global starvation and total control over all speech and elections.

Their agenda is failing at many levels, however. Roe vs. Wade was just struck down by the US Supreme Court, for example, and there are elements at work that are looking likely to achieve key indictments against deep state players. However, any state that wants to exist after the dollar collapses must be ready to roll out its own gold-backed currency on an emergency basis. Texas is largely prepared to do this, but few other states are ready. The re-establishment of trade and commerce (following the dollar collapse) is going to be the key to surviving the demise of the dollar. . . .

Read the rest here.  I am posting this even though I am not able to say whether it's a realistic prognosis, a long-shot, or way over the top.  But even if some less drastic version of this is likely . . .  BTW, this is not the first time I've read about the "global repudiation of the petrodollar," which could indeed be catastrophic.

Last chance to save Earth

The editorial board at Issues and Insights published this earlier today:

John Kerry said earlier this month that we’ve reached “the last best opportunity we have to get real and serious” about global warming. What’s the difference between him and a loon walking down Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue wearing one of those sandwich boards proclaiming the end of the world is nigh? We’re struggling to see any.

Kerry, the Biden administration’s special presidential envoy for climate – an office that amounts to much less than a bucket of warm spit – is part of a chorus of fearmongering that goes back more than three decades.

“In 1989 the United Nations gave us 10 years to save the world,” science site Watts Up With That posted last year.

Guess blogger Eric Worrall then went on to list more than a dozen “last chances” to stop global warming.

“If we do not heed this last chance, I’m sure there will be another last chance in the near future, just like all the previous last chances,” he said.

Dire, way-off-base predictions have been the hallmark of radical environmentalism for at least a half century. Reason’s Ronald Bailey took “a look back” in 2020 at the first Earth Day and the forecasters “who got the future wrong.” He notes that the world did not have to halve the planet’s population or stop economic growth completely “to prevent the imminent ecological cataclysm.”

Nor have we run out of natural resources, been forced to shut down automobile travel, ban luxury items, and wear gas masks in urban areas due to air pollution (though the doomsters among us are happy that we’ve been forced to mask up for a least a year for another reason).

Despite the unbroken string of erroneous predictions, we still get nonsense from the United Nations World Meteorological Organization, which says “time is fast running out” to keep global warming at bay, and drivel from U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres, who insists “we are on the verge of the abyss.”

That these people, including the John Kerrys of the U.S., who are as useful as a broken leg, have not been driven from their positions of influence and authority is a near tragedy. To the extent that we need political leaders, our country and our world deserve serious, sober-minded people leading our institutions, not the pretenders, narrative-pimps, self-seekers, virtue-signalers, mindless agitators, think-they’re-still-in-high-school attention-seekers, power-hungry louts, and batty alarmists who currently dominate. It’s discouraging to think that maybe soon we’ll have our last chance to rid ourselves of these malign characters, because they have a way of settling in like a distant family member who makes a surprise visit and then won’t leave. We need to start kicking them out now.

Monica Showalter at American Thinker quotes John Kerry’s “Net zero is not enough. We need to remove CO2 from the atmosphere”, to which Ms. Showalter responds:

Too bad about the plants.

Leonardo DiCaprio and climate hypocrisy

Here’s part of the report on Breitbart Hollywood a couple of days ago:

Leonardo DiCaprio has been awarded the "Messenger of Peace" title, and on Tuesday morning, at the UN Climate Summit in New York, he demanded that the 193 world leaders in attendance take urgent action against climate change.

The environmental activist was recently nominated as the "new voice for climate advocacy" by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
"I pretend for a living. I play fictitious characters often solving fictitious problems. I believe that mankind has looked at climate change in that same way," the Hollywood actor confessed. "As if pretending that climate change wasn't real would somehow make it go away. But I think we all know better than that now."
DiCaprio participated in the People's Climate March on Sunday in New York, where hundreds of thousands of people marched around the city to bring attention to the alleged "climate crisis."
"I stand before you not as an expert, but as a concerned citizen, one of the 400,000 people who marched in the streets of New York on Sunday, and the billions of others around the world who want to solve our climate crisis," he said.
And here is the report of his visit to Brazil to attend the World Cup from The Daily Caller :
It’s been a crazy, busy, gas-guzzling summer for Leonardo DiCaprio, the famous actor and environmental activist.
On Sunday, as the summer wound down, the mega-rich DiCaprio (estimated net worth: $220 million) was in New York City to join a mile-long swath of protesters for the People’s Climate March, reports the Daily Mail.
At the very beginning of this summer, in mid-June, DiCaprio jetted into Brazil on a private plane to take in the opening match of the 2014 World Cup.
While in Brazil, the 39-year-old plump playboy stayed on a 470-foot yacht owned by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan of Abu Dhabi, according to Arab News. The glitzy yacht, called the Topaz, is the fifth-biggest yacht on earth. The fancypants vessel boasts a gym, a movie theater, two helipads and three swimming pools.
Here’s the yacht:

Here’s the report by Doug Powers on DiCaprio’s gas-guzzling trip to South Africa for the World Cup in 2012:
Leonardo DiCaprio says he drives a hybrid car, and that makes for some good, clean transportation when he’s heading to the airport to get on his private jet — in this case to travel to South Africa, where he contributed to an air traffic jam induced by jet-set eco-hypocrites, causing many others miss the game
And via Dr. Eowyn's blogsite, here is just one of DiCaprio's 5 luxury homes, this one
a $5.2 million 6-bedroom mansion in Palm Springs, California, purchased in February 2014. The 1.34 acre property has 7 bathrooms, a detached state-of-the art gymnasium, a pool house and a tennis court with a glass pavilion surround.

Is Leonardo DiCaprio’s carbon footprint now in competition with Al Gore’s? The hypocrisy is breathtaking.

SoS John Kerry Commits U.S. to Anti-2nd Amendment U.N. Arms Treaty

During the Bush vs John Kerry election, the Swift Boat Veterans who served with John Kerry in Vietnam, made it very clear how he was a turncoat who could not be trusted to run this country.

Those words now echo as Secretary of State John Kerry committed the U.S. to the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty that would allow our 2nd Amendment rights to be arbitrarily taken away.....

From Investor's Business Daily --

As the world body meets this week to hammer out an agreement to restrict international arms trade, our Secretary of State commits us to pushing a treaty that may also restrict our Second Amendment rights.

Last Friday, the day of the week when unpopular or controversial announcements are traditionally made, Secretary of State John Kerry announced U.S. support for the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), a final version of which is being hammered out in New York beginning this week.

Certainly the ATT is controversial. Touted as a means of getting a handle on an international arms trade valued at $60 billion a year, its stated purpose is to keep illicit weapons out of the hands of terrorists, insurgent fighters and organized crime at an international level.

Its vague and suspicious wording led some 150 members of Congress last June to send a letter to President Obama and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton warning that the treaty is "likely to pose significant threats to our national security, foreign policy and economic interests as well as our constitutional rights."

We have noted that a paper by the U.N.'s Coordinating Action on Small Arms (CASA) says that arms have been "misused by lawful owners" and that the "arms trade therefore be regulated in ways that would . .. minimize the misuse of legally owned weapons."

Would defending your home against intruders, or U.S. laws permitting concealed carry, be considered a "misuse?"

"We will not support any treaty that would be inconsistent with U.S. law and the rights of American citizens under our Constitution, including the Second Amendment," Secretary of State Kerry tried to reassure us — even as he represents an administration that seeks to ban weapons on their scary appearance rather than their genuine lethality, thinks the Founding Fathers wrote the Second Amendment with deer-hunting rather than British tyranny in mind, and would be happy if the entire U.S. were a "gun-free zone."

As the Heritage Foundation notes, imported firearms, considered part of the "arms trade" to be regulated, constitute about 35% of the new firearms market in the U.S.

"Under the guise of adopting what it deems to be 'appropriate measures,' an Administration could restrict imports by redefining what qualifies as a 'sporting' firearm — the definition of which is left completely to the discretion of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives," Heritage reports.

The ATT, Heritage warns, "could create a national registry (initially) limited to imported firearms. It could impose new requirements on importers of firearms, or parts and components of firearms, for example, by requiring them to provide the identity of the final end user.. ."

Sen. Portman: Oppose the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty

Yet another UN Treaty to oppose. This from Breitbart's Big Government [emphasis added]:

It's widely known that the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), being negotiated as I type, is simply gun control by another name. Although it is being sold as a treaty to lessen the number of guns moving across borders illegally, it will ultimately require a national gun registry to be enforceable: perhaps even an international gun registry.

. . . all of us should be contacting our Senators to demand they refuse to ratify this ridiculous treaty when it comes before them . . .

Senator Jerry Moran (Kansas) is on record:

The Arms Trade Treaty is expected to be finalized this month to create "common international standards for the import, export, and transfer of conventional arms," including tanks, helicopters and missiles. However, with regular calls to include civilian arms and ammunition within its scope, I am concerned this treaty could restrict the ownership of firearms that Americans use to hunt, target shoot, and defend themselves. Our opposition is strong enough to block the treaty from Senate passage.

It's another reason to call Sen. Portman to ask where he stands on the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty and the Disability Treaty previously blogged here .

Another UN Treaty to oppose

U.N. Convention on the Rights of People With Disabilities

It sounds compassionate, it sounds like good-deed doing, but it is another attempt to cede individual choice, and state and federal sovereignty to the UN: read global government. From The Hill late yesterday [emphasis added]:

Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) is delaying Senate consideration of the United Nations treaty on people with disabilities amid growing opposition from home-schooling advocates.

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee was scheduled to take up the U.N. Convention on the Rights of People With Disabilities on Thursday, with the goal of getting it passed in time for the 22nd anniversary of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) on July 26. Instead, Chairman John Kerry (D-Mass.) announced that he will hold the markup next Thursday, July 26.

A spokesman for DeMint said several Republicans on the committee joined him in asking for the delay.

"Part of this treaty deals with abortion and the rights of children, issues that should be addressed by states, local governments and American parents, not international bureaucrats," DeMint spokesman Wesley Denton told The Hill in an email. "Sen. DeMint strongly opposes this treaty, as the United States is already the world leader in addressing the needs of the disabled and it’s foolish to think Americans need to sign away our sovereignty to exert our influence around the world." . . .

. . . “The [U.N. treaty] would usurp the rights and powers of parents here in the United States to do what is best for their special-needs child by placing the law of the U.N. above the rights of the parents,” Rick and Karen Santorum said in a statement. “It is the job of our elected representatives to preserve these rights, not hand them off to unaccountable international bureaucrats."

Sen. McCain and Sen. John Barrasso are supporting ratification. Where does Sen. Rob Portman stand? He finally came out in opposition to the Law of The Sea Treaty (LOST). He should come out against this one, too.
