Text for your letter to the judiciary & RINOs

Yesterday, I scrolled through an article at Citizen Free Press headlined “President Trump Speaks With Ashli Babbitt’s Mother Outside J6 DC Gulag.”  And in the comments I found this:

Here’s a letter to send to your State Appeals Court, State Supreme Court, and U.S. Supreme Court. Also the last sentence isn’t appropriate if you’re sending to a FIGHTER, but it’s very appropriate if you’re sending to a RINO:

PIO@supremecourt.gov

Dear Judge [or name of RINO]

The fact that we have political prisoners being held without substantial charges, without bail, and literally starting to die like neglected animals is a stain on the Judicial System that has seared itself into the minds of the American People.

Now this is what happens when you allow people to openly steal an election. They just move on to the next outrage. We’ve got a real problem now, we’ve got people at the highest levels sick in the head with what they perceive as power.

This is going to stop, I don’t know how but I can assure you it is going to stop. The problem’s going to be how to deal with these “Socialists” while that process is taking place; because with their hearts hardened like Pharaoh’s, they won’t stop. The sooner we address this the better, that’s all we know for sure.

So do something; if you can’t uphold the Oath of Office, don’t take the job.

Sincerely concerned citizen,

Copy. Paste. Send. Share. And thanks to the commenter posting as “Action.”

Reasons to oppose Electric Vehicles

John Hinderaker at PowerLine shares some common sense objections to California's mad dash to electric vehicles (and yes, it's coming to Ohio also):

Are people finally starting to catch on to the fact that electric vehicles are a terrible idea? I hope so. Bjorn Lomborg makes the case in accessible form in the Wall Street Journal. To begin with, EVs don’t even save much on CO2 emissions:

Over its lifetime, an electric car does emit less CO2 than a gasoline car, but the difference can range considerably depending on how the electricity is generated. Making batteries for electric cars also requires a massive amount of energy, mostly from burning coal in China. Add it all up and the International Energy Agency estimates that an electric car emits a little less than half as much CO2 as a gasoline-powered one.

What does that up to, in terms of climate?

If every country achieved its stated ambitious electric-vehicle targets by 2030, the world would save 231 million tons of CO2 emissions. Plugging these savings into the standard United Nations Climate Panel model, that comes to a reduction of 0.0002 degree Fahrenheit by the end of the century.

On that basis alone, the left’s mania to make us all drive electric vehicles is insane. But from there on, the story is all negative:

Electric cars’ impact on air pollution isn’t as straightforward as you might think. The vehicles themselves pollute only slightly less than a gasoline car because their massive batteries and consequent weight leads to more particulate pollution from greater wear on brakes, tires and roads. On top of that, the additional electricity they require can throw up large amounts of air pollution depending on how it’s generated. One recent study found that electric cars put out more of the most dangerous particulate air pollution than gasoline-powered cars in 70% of U.S. states. An American Economic Association study found that rather than lowering air pollution, on average each additional electric car in the U.S. causes additional air-pollution damage worth $1,100 over its lifetime.

. . .

Left-wing governments are on a collision course with normal Americans. Governments want to force Americans to rely on wind and solar energy, but those sources can’t keep the lights on and are ruinously expensive. Similarly, governments want to force us all into electric vehicles, which are not as functional as gas-powered vehicles, despite being more expensive. And they are a net detriment to the environment. Lomborg is optimistic, perhaps more so than I am:

And Mr. Hinderaker didn’t even get to the problems with existing minerals required to produce the batteries, or the disposal of spent batteries, or the horrific damage done by strip mining to extract, say, the lithium (see aerial image at the top).

How to help stop voter fraud

Jack Gleason links to the Heritage Foundation’s database documenting proven voter fraud cases at “Electoral Fraud Goes Mainstream" at American Thinker:

. . . The Heritage Foundation has embarked on an extensive investigation of voter fraud -- from both parties, at all levels of government, and in primaries as well as general elections. Katie Samalis-Aldrich and Hans von Spakovsky report “Voter Fraud Cases Continue to Occur, Putting Fair and Free Elections in Jeopardy.“

“We recently added nine new cases to the Heritage Election Fraud Database, bringing the total number of entries of proven instances of voter fraud in the database to 1,374. The mounting collection of cases continue to disprove the narrative that voter fraud is not real and that further election integrity measures are not needed.”

These are not “unproven allegations,” but documented court cases where judges and juries have convicted both Democrats and Republicans for not just minor infractions, but significant fraud that has impacted election results. Defendants have pled guilty, paid fines, and spent time in prison. . . .

Further into the article, Mr. Gleason identifies five steps we all can take to improve election integrity:

So what can you do to restore your constitutional right to free and fair elections?

1. Support efforts to clean up voter rolls of people who have died or have moved to another address or out of state. There are databases with this information already, and the only reason not to use them would be to facilitate cheating.

2. Encourage laws to strengthen safeguards for absentee voting and laws that lead to certain prosecution and real penalties for election fraud.

3. Vote in person or submit your absentee ballot as close to election day as possible.

4. Talk to others concerned about election integrity and bring ten of your friends, neighbors, and relatives to the polls with you. Ask if they are happy with the direction of our country and find out if they plan to vote in November. Offer to remind them a day before Election Day and give them a ride.

5. Be alert to the fraud techniques noted in this article and report what you see that’s suspicious to True the Vote, or check this simple list of links for reporting fraud in each state here. You can also submit your information to the FBI tipline. Take photos and videos as evidence.

We are seeing an explosion in crime and violence across the country because of inconsistently applied laws and prosecutors and judges unwilling to convict and punish perpetrators. The same is true with election laws. If individual or organized vote fraudsters see there is little or no consequence to their actions, they will continue to disrupt and alter our elections. . . .

Your feel-good video for today: halftime Navy Leap Frogs

From Jim Thompson at Red State:

Six years ago, my son was ending his Navy career with the parachute performance team called the “Navy Leap Frogs.” The Leap Frogs parachute into stadiums and events to the cheers of crowds. On Sunday, September 11, 2016, my son and his Leap Frogs mates were performing for the Kansas City Chiefs. They jumped into Arrowhead Stadium on that beautiful Sunday afternoon with my son assigned the honor of bringing in the Stars and Stripes. It was an awesome clear day with a bit of a headwind for the intended entry corridor.

The guys before him were carrying other flags like the Navy SEAL flag. Trevor was carrying the slightly heavier Stars and Stripes. He parachuted in last. The headwind caught Trevor above the stadium and he appears to stall motionless, right above the stadium.

Patrons can be heard exclaiming, stunned, that he was hanging in the air like it was planned. It wasn’t planned. In fact, it was a little scary.

He couldn’t land left to right because of the headwind, so he turned, headed in the opposite direction, and landed right to left.

It’s an awesome short video [about 3 min] — and still gives me goosebumps.

UPDATE: First Amendment & due process violations

J B Shurk at American Thinker is horrified at the continuing violations of First Amendment rights and due process protections:

Several members of the [American Thinker] community recently focused my attention on the plight of J6 political prisoner Jonathan Mellis, who has already spent nineteen months in the American Gulag for the "crime" of protesting against his government.

Mellis is one of hundreds who have endured the wrath of a wayward Washington politburo that has thrown Americans' Bill of Rights and founding principles right out the window.  Dennis Prager actually managed to secure a fifteen-minute interview with the incarcerated Mellis on December 22, 2021, and has replayed the disturbing audio for his listeners several times.  I encourage anyone who has not already come across it to find a few minutes to concentrate on their conversation.  The thirty-five-year-old Mellis, whom Prager identifies as a native Tennessean, although he was arrested in Virginia, sounds remarkably calm and composed, considering that he had already endured nearly a full year in jail (with no end yet in sight) and was obviously communicating with Prager from behind enemy lines.

His story is similar to those of other J6 political prisoners caught up in this abusive, Soviet-style purge, yet his descriptions are unnervingly poignant.  Like so many of us who angrily watched as mass mail-in balloting and other pandemic-related voting shenanigans corrupted the 2020 election, Mellis hoped January 6 would stand as a historic day when civic-minded Americans engaging in political protest would successfully convince Congress and the courts to take a hard look at the suspicious irregularities tainting the election.  He is undoubtedly a fiercely patriotic American who loves his country and would sacrifice anything for it.  He speaks as a man committed to America's foundations in liberty.  He does not sound as if malice has blighted his heart.  He arrived in D.C. to defend America's standing as the "Land of the Free."  He expected to rectify an electoral injustice.  He wanted D.C.'s permanent bureaucracy to visually see the resolve of millions of Americans' moral conviction.  He expected triumph.  And he has received little but despair. . . .

Read the rest here.

Where are the GOP members of congress?  Why is it Dennis Prager or Julie Kelly (see, for example, here and here – both at American Greatness) banging on the doors to get these people out of jail.

There Are No Coincidences

At Freedom First Network, JD Rucker explains the deliberate destruction going on all around us, and he further recommends what we can do about it.  That includes getting into uncomfortable conversations with family and friends, and Mr Rucker starts with:

There are no coincidences.

Mask mandates weren’t lifted in February, 2022, because Democrats were seeing the polls. They were lifted to bring all focus on the upcoming Russian invasion of Ukraine and now we’re seeing weekly gifts of billions of dollars laundered through the corrupt nation.

Knowledge of Covid vaccines being neither safe nor effective was not suppressed because government officials and corporate media are stupid. This knowledge was suppressed because they needed as many men, women, and children to get injected as possible.

Food plants aren’t blowing up randomly at a time when food security was becoming an issue. They were sabotaged intentionally.

Efforts to keep Donald Trump from winning in 2020 weren’t oddly uniform by accident. Suppression of Hunter Biden’s laptop story, the unwarranted impeachment of President Trump, and late night ballot drops in conspicuously close swing states were all part of the Cabal’s election-stealing mechanisms.

Ludicrous economic policies aren’t being rolled out worldwide because capitalism suddenly experienced temporary insanity. These policies were planned well ahead of time to match the moment when economies could be made to collapse.

These are just a few of the coincidences that were anything but.

The plans are in motion. Events are unfolding very quickly. It behooves us all to not only become aware of these plans but to share them with anyone who will listen. . . .
