• The reason our children are being targeted by COVID mandates is because vaccine makers want to get the shots onto the childhood vaccination schedule
• Once a vaccine is added to the childhood schedule, the vaccine maker is shielded from financial liability for injuries, unless the manufacturer knows about vaccine safety issues and withholds that information
• Products must satisfy four criteria in order to get emergency use authorization: There must be an emergency; a vaccine must be at least 30% to 50% effective; the known and potential benefits of the product must outweigh the known and potential risks of the product; and there can be no adequate, approved and available alternative treatments (drugs or vaccines). Unless all four criteria are met, EUA cannot be granted or maintained
• According to a U.S. federal court decision, the Pfizer shot and BioNTech’s Comirnaty are not interchangeable
• Comirnaty is not fully approved and licensed. It’s only “ready for approval.” Comirnaty is licensed to be manufactured, introduced into state commerce and marketed, but it’s not licensed to be given to anyone, and it’s not yet available in the United States. They’re waiting for it to be added to the childhood vaccination schedule, to get the liability shield.

In this interview, Alix Mayer explains why our children are being so aggressively targeted for the COVID-19 injection even though they’re not at risk of serious SARS-CoV-2 infection, and clarifies the status of Comirnaty.

Mayer, board president of Children’s Health Defense —California Chapter, is herself vaccine injured; not from the COVID jab, but from a series of vaccines she received 20 years ago. (On a side note, her great-great-grandfather was Oscar Mayer, founder of the Oscar Mayer company, which the family sold to General Foods in 1981.)

Mayer graduated from Duke University with a BA and from Northwestern University with an MBA in finance and management strategy. She worked for Apple in the mid-1990s. When she was 29, Apple promoted her to acting manager of worldwide customer research.

In preparation for a family trip to Bali, her doctor recommended getting six vaccines: hepatitis A vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine, diphtheria, tetanus, polio and oral typhoid, which she did. Eventually, 13 years later, she finally realized it was these shots that triggered her health problems.

Biden To the Unvaccinated: Drop Dead

The editors of Issues and Insights offer an editorial of Christmas cheer: “Biden To the Unvaccinated: Drop Dead”:

Last week the White House warned the unvaccinated that “you’re looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves, your families.” President Joe Biden followed up in today’s news conference with a similar though less-shrill message, even adding that Americans could “safely celebrate the holidays with” family and friends only if vaccinated. Apparently, the administration has been consulting with the ghost of Jack Kevorkian.

Just in time for Christmas, the ghoulish Biden executive branch has cranked up a climate of fear that in the blue regions has been overheating for months. This is no way to encourage the unvaccinated to get the shot. Stoking anxiety and “othering” people, treating them as lepers, is mean, cheap, not in any way American – and quite clearly part of the Democrats’ agenda.

Make no mistake. Democrats, who want voters to believe theirs is the party of diversity, want to divide America. They want Americans charging for each others’ throats so they can play the role of savior: “We’re the only ones who can bring America together, so give us more money and power and we’ll fix this broken country.”

16,000 Physicians and Scientists Agree Kids Shouldn’t Get Covid “Vaccine”

Dr Robert Malone, the physician credited with inventing the mRNA technology behind the Pfizer and Moderna “vaccines” issues his most concise statement to date on why parents should not “vaccinate” their children.  You are not likely to find his warning in any mainstream media sites.  Via TruthBasedMedia:

In summary: There is no benefit for your children or your family to be vaccinating your children against the small risks of the virus, given the known health risks of the vaccine that as a parent, you and your children may have to live with for the rest of their lives. The risk/benefit analysis isn’t even close.

As a parent and grandparent, my recommendation to you is to resist and fight to protect your children.

Commodities become more valuable than cash

 

Monica Showalter at American Thinker has a piece on the inflation we are all experiencing.  Here’s a key extract:

. . .[T]oday's inflation is far from done, according to the Fed, which expects to initiate three rate hikes in 2022 to fight it.  As the prices soar, it's likely that that 80% might just go higher.

Fed chairman Jerome Powell says consumer spending is strong, as a sort of point of optimism, but that's weird stuff coming from him.  If he's read anything about past inflationary surges, or maybe looked at the history of Argentina, he knows that consumer spending gets very strong in response to the value of the dollar falling (an inflation byproduct) as well as in response to anticipated price hikes.  Commodities become more valuable than cash, and everyone wants to get his own before the prices go up.  Of course people are buying; that's Your Inflation at Work.

Hanson: The Decline of American Citizenship

 

In yesterday’s blog, I linked to historian Victor Davis Hanson’s essay on Cracked Icons of the Left.  Today I am posting on his message from Hillsdale College on his new course on The Decline of American Citizenship:

I wish to invite you to enroll in a seven-lecture course that I prepared with the help and under the auspices of Hillsdale College. It is called “American Citizenship and Its Decline,” and the online course is based on my latest book, the recently released The Dying Citizen.

Like the book, the course describes the current crises in America as symptoms of a far larger problem: the steady decline of the autonomy and political influence of the citizen.

The class describes the origins and history of citizenship in the West, reminding us that it is a rare phenomenon both in the past and the present—given the enormous responsibility placed on citizens to create and control their own government.

Citizenship then requires a large and self-reliant middle class—currently shrinking under enormous economic strains. Clearly defined and enforced borders are also essential to ensure a civic space in which citizens can nurture common customs, sustain traditions, and honor their own shared past.

Yet borders are now increasingly fluid as mere residence and citizenship seem often indistinguishable. Pre-civilizational tribalism—identifying by superficial appearance rather than through shared culture and values—is returning to America as so often the salad bowl replaces the melting pot.

These organic, bottom-up challenges are often matched by top-down stresses such as the growth of a huge permanent, but unelected, government of bureaucrats and administrators who combine judicial, executive, and legislative powers that overwhelm the citizen.

In addition, revisionists in law, the media, and politics seek to change the Constitution, long-held customs of governance, and political traditions for short-term partisan agendas, on the theory that a new changing and fluid Constitution must match an always evolving human nature.

Globalism is an ancient challenge to the sovereignty of the nation-state. But in the age of instant communications and unprecedented concentrations of globalized wealth, so often elites seek to supplant American laws and independence with international organizations and often without the consent of the legislative branch or the assent of the governed.

The course ends, however, on an optimistic note that citizens still have it within their power to restore our traditions of empowered citizenship and return government to the control of citizens.
