Victor Davis Hanson knocks another one out of the park. His “Wokeism is A Cruel and Dangerous Cult” at American Greatness begins:  

Wokeism has been described by its critics as the omnipresent use of race—and to a lesser extent, gender—to replace meritocracy and thus ensure equality of result. What follows from implementing that ideology are reparatory actions to reward those of the present by atoning for the injustices done to others in the past. 

Some see it as an update of 1960s cultural Marxism fads. Others scoff that it is just a return to 1980s-style political correctness. 

Still more see it as the logical successor to 1990s-type race, class, and gender obsessions—albeit with a shriller and more dangerous Jacobin, Soviet, and Maoist twist. Wokeism’s hysteria also invites comparisons to the Salem witch trials and McCarthyism. 

But few have described wokeism as the cruel creed that it is. 

Wokeism’s natural logic is to destroy the lives of people of both genders, of all races, and—if need be—those of every age, all to leverage an otherwise unworkable ideological agenda. It is nihilist and destroys everything it touches. It tears apart foes and friends alike, whether by fueling media-driven hatred of Donald Trump or faux-deification of the disaster that is now Joe Biden.

The Defeat the Mandates Rally in Washington DC today was epic. We recommend watching the whole thing if you missed it. We will be posting several of the individual speeches from the event throughout the day. 

There was a particularly powerful segment of his speech about kids:

“I ask that you allow me a moment to speak about our children and about our fundamental responsibility to protect them. If nothing else, we must nurture and protect our children. It is job one, it is your job, it is my job, it is not their job to protect us.

“During the last two years, our society and our public health response has failed to protect them. Many things that our public health system has demanded we do to our children has directly harmed them. Self-harm, suicide, and drug abuse in children have taken off around the world. Anxiety, bullying, intimidation, coercion have become the norm. Measured IQ in the very young has dropped. Fundamental childhood delays are easily measured, and both physical damage and death of our children from injecting them with genetic vaccines in order to protect the elderly from a virus is occurring.

“As a parent, those that are parents or going to be parents, it is ultimately your responsibility to protect your children. If they’re harmed by these genetic vaccines, you are the one who will have to take care of them. And you will carry the burden for the rest of your life and theirs. On average, between 1-in-2000 and 1-in-3000 children that receive these vaccines will be hospitalized in the short-term with vaccine-caused damage. Only the passage of time will we know what long-term damage may occur to these children.

“The vaccines do not protect our children from becoming infected with Omicron. They do not prevent infected children from infecting others. In contrast, the pharmaceutical companies and the government are almost fully protected from any damages these products might cause them.

“If your child is damaged by these vaccines, you will be left alone with both your grief and the burden of care. These genetic vaccines can damage your children. They may damage their brains, their heart, their immune system, and their ability to have children in the future. Many of these damages cannot be repaired, so I beg you, please get informed about the possible risks. Your children may be damaged by these experimental medical products.”

The Reason They Want to Give Covid Jabs to Kids

• The reason our children are being targeted by COVID mandates is because vaccine makers want to get the shots onto the childhood vaccination schedule
• Once a vaccine is added to the childhood schedule, the vaccine maker is shielded from financial liability for injuries, unless the manufacturer knows about vaccine safety issues and withholds that information
• Products must satisfy four criteria in order to get emergency use authorization: There must be an emergency; a vaccine must be at least 30% to 50% effective; the known and potential benefits of the product must outweigh the known and potential risks of the product; and there can be no adequate, approved and available alternative treatments (drugs or vaccines). Unless all four criteria are met, EUA cannot be granted or maintained
• According to a U.S. federal court decision, the Pfizer shot and BioNTech’s Comirnaty are not interchangeable

It’s only “ready for approval.” Comirnaty is licensed to be manufactured, introduced into state commerce and marketed, but it’s not licensed to be given to anyone, and it’s not yet available in the United States. In this interview, Alix Mayer explains why our children are being so aggressively targeted for the COVID-19 injection even though they’re not at risk of serious SARS-CoV-2 infection, and clarifies the status of Comirnaty.

Mayer, board president of Children’s Health Defense —California Chapter, is herself vaccine injured; not from the COVID jab, but from a series of vaccines she received 20 years ago. (On a side note, her great-great-grandfather was Oscar Mayer, founder of the Oscar Mayer company, which the family sold to General Foods in 1981.)

Mayer graduated from Duke University with a BA and from Northwestern University with an MBA in finance and management strategy. She worked for Apple in the mid-1990s. When she was 29, Apple promoted her to acting manager of worldwide customer research.

In preparation for a family trip to Bali, her doctor recommended getting six vaccines: hepatitis A vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine, diphtheria, tetanus, polio and oral typhoid, which she did. Eventually, 13 years later, she finally realized it was these shots that triggered her health problems.

16,000 Physicians and Scientists Agree Kids Shouldn’t Get Covid “Vaccine”

Dr Robert Malone, the physician credited with inventing the mRNA technology behind the Pfizer and Moderna “vaccines” issues his most concise statement to date on why parents should not “vaccinate” their children.  You are not likely to find his warning in any mainstream media sites.  Via TruthBasedMedia:

My name is Robert Malone, and I am speaking to you as a parent, grandparent, physician and scientist. I don’t usually read from a prepared speech, but this is so important that I wanted to make sure that I get every single word and scientific fact correct.

I stand by this statement with a career dedicated to vaccine research and development. I’m vaccinated for COVID and I’m generally pro-vaccination. I have devoted my entire career to developing safe and effective ways to prevent and treat infectious diseases. After this, I will be posting the text of this statement so you can share it with your friends and family.

Before you inject your child — a decision that is irreversible — I wanted to let you know the scientific facts about this genetic vaccine, which is based on the mRNA vaccine technology I created:

There are three issues parents need to understand:

The first is that a viral gene will be injected into your children’s cells. This gene forces your child’s body to make toxic spike proteins. These proteins often cause permanent damage in children’s critical organs, including:

• Their brain and nervous system.

In summary: There is no benefit for your children or your family to be vaccinating your children against the small risks of the virus, given the known health risks of the vaccine that as a parent, you and your children may have to live with for the rest of their lives. The risk/benefit analysis isn’t even close.

As a parent and grandparent, my recommendation to you is to resist and fight to protect your children.

WND has a partial transcript of an interview with Dr Robert Malone, who is credited with inventing the mRNA technology behind the Pfizer and Moderna “vaccines”.  The full report is here.  Here are some extracts:

Dr. Robert Malone cited the evidence for his concerns about the vaccines, the mandates and policies he believes are causing serious harm, particularly to children. . .

He believes the consequences will be fundamental, with a "damaged" hospital and medical-care delivery system and a loss of faith in the government.

The insertion of the government in the affairs of the family, with the lockdowns, school shutdowns, and the vaccine and mask mandates, is causing damage that is "deep and profound and will last for decades," he said.

"Evil can sometimes be intentional, and sometimes it's unintentional, but right now what we're seeing happening with our children is fundamentally evil," he said.

His big concern is that the experimental vaccines have been "rushed out the door" without the measures and the time that previously have been employed to ensure safety and efficacy.

As a 30-year veteran of vaccine development, he decried "the things that Pfizer is getting away with, the data manipulation, the flat-out fraudulence in some of the clinical trial data."

"If I pulled those tricks, I would be barred from clinical research in the future," he said

"It's not right in terms of ensuring safety and efficacy for the world's population."

He called the COVID-19 vaccine rollout the "largest experiment being done on human beings, and it's being done in a haphazard way that is violating all the norms for how clinical research, advanced development and regulatory affairs are supposed to be managed."

'Wrong think'

Malone said he has known White House coronavirus adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci for 30 years and has gone "toe to toe" with him at various times over that period of time.

The vaccine researcher shrugs off the criticism from public health officials and others, arguing that many of his conclusions and claims were "heresy" and "wrong think" six months ago but increasingly have become "accepted dogma."

Among the "former heresies" are his claims about the toxicity of the spike protein in SARS-CoV-2, the "shell game" with Pfizer's licensing of its Cominarty COVID vaccine and the vaccine risks to children.

"I chose that as the hill I would die on, to do everything I could to keep from mandatory vaccination of children," he said.

He also made, in early 2020, the "risk assessment that we didn't have time to build a vaccine that was going to be safe and effective and we needed to focus on repurposed drugs."

He first began to focus on repurposed drugs on Jan. 10, 2020, when the virus sequence – then called the Wuhan seafood market virus – was first uploaded.

Malone also came up with the mast cell hypothesis, the inflammatory cascade basis for the pulmonary damage caused by the virus.

A big concern has been the "hunting down" and "driving out" of physicians who push back against efforts to curb their ability to treat patients and save lives.

"The stuff that's gone on is going to fill the history books for decades and decades and decades," he said.

No longer the gold standard?

Malone noted he was at a roundtable in Lisbon, Portugal, with about 50 "thought leaders" – politicians, medical professionals and journalists.

One of the participants asked, in Malone's words, during the Q&A: "Dr. Malone, we've always believed that the CDC and the FDA were the gold standard worldwide for health and pharmaceutical regulation. And what we've learned through this is that they are corrupt, and we can no longer rely on them."

Malone said that statement "hit me like a brick in the head."

"I hadn't really realized up until that point that what we've done is gone through this insane rushing of pushing something out that is not safe and is not effective, and breaking all the rules. And pushing it on the rest of the world through all kinds of means," he said.

"What we've done is compromised the world's belief in the integrity of the American system for regulating drugs and biologics."

He sees a movement in the global pharmaceutical industry away from the United States and toward China and India.

Public trust in the U.S. has been "deeply, deeply damaged," he said.

Sen. Rand Paul says NO to more mandates and lockdowns

 

Brodigan at LouderWithCrowder is encouraged by Sen. Rand Paul’s call-to-arms to just say no to more mandates, lockdowns, and other harmful policies; there’s a video by Sen. Paul with excerpts from Paul's video (in italics) and commentary:

. . . You know Joe Biden is going to push more lockdowns, no matter how many times the White House clarifies or denies him saying so. Senator [Rand] Paul has a simple message for the American people when the government tries locking down again: Nope.

. . .

They can't arrest all of us. They can't keep all of your kids home from school. We don't have to accept the mandates, lockdowns, and harmful policies of the petty tyrants and bureaucrats. We can simply say no, not again.

. . .

Children are falling behind in school, and are being harmed physically and psychologically by the tactics that you have used to keep them from the classroom during the last year. We won't allow it again. If a school system attempts to keep the children from full-time, in-person school, I will hold up every bill with two amendments. One to defund them, and another to allow parents the choice of where the money goes for their child's education.

This would be interesting. Because the pandemic has done wonders for exposing parents to what public schools really are. Here's the common ground. You get your mask mandates in public schools. We get a voucher that's equal to what we pay in school taxes to send our kids elsewhere. Conservatives would take that deal in a heartbeat.

I think the tide is turning as more and more people are willing to stand up. We are at a moment of truth and a crossroads. Will we allow these people to use fear and propaganda to do further harm to our society, economy, and children? Or will we stand together and say, absolutely not? Not this time. I choose freedom.
