Dr Joseph Mercola : It’s not a “vaccine”

 

It’s not only not a "vaccine", it’s not only a gene therapy, it’s an experimental gene therapy.  And the CDC quietly changed the definition of “vaccine” to mislead the public. 

Here are the bullet points from Dr Joseph Mercola’s article at America First Report:

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

• The notion that the COVID shots are a form of gene therapy is so risky for Big Pharma’s bottom line, they’re going to great lengths to make sure people don’t think of them that way
• The Associated Press published a “fact check” in which they argued that COVID shots are not gene therapy because they do not alter your genes
• The AP misled readers by focusing on just one part of the FDA’s definition of a gene therapy — the part about modifying expression of a gene. But the full definition also includes the words “or to alter the biological properties of living cells,” which is precisely what the COVID shots do
• When the mRNA shots were rolled out in 2021, they did not meet the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s definition of a vaccine. They only met the FDA’s definition of a gene therapy
• The only reason COVID shots meet the CDC’s definition of a vaccine now is because they changed the definition to prevent “COVID-19 deniers” from saying that “COVID-19 vaccines are not vaccines per CDC’s own definition”

And below is Dr Mercola’s fuller explanation of HOW the CDC manipulated the information (footnote omitted):

All the way up until the end of October 2021, the CDC defined a vaccine as “a product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease.” Immunity, in turn, was defined as “Protection from an infectious disease,” meaning that “If you are immune to a disease, you can be exposed to it without becoming infected.”

The new definition of “vaccine” is: “A preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases.” So, a “vaccine” went from being something that produces protective immunity, to simply stimulating an immune response. The key words “to produce immunity” were eliminated from the equation.

This makes the COVID shots fit the description, as they do not make you immune against COVID-19 and weren’t designed to prevent infection in the first place.

Internal CDC correspondence11 obtained through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests also conclusively prove the reason for the change was simply to shut down arguments by “right-wing COVID-19 pandemic deniers” that “COVID-19 vaccines are not vaccines per CDC’s own definition.” . . .

Study Confirms Myocarditis Post Jab / vax

We need to start there rather than bombarding friends and family with every fear-inducing adverse reaction because myocarditis is an easier way to keep their attention. Another Study Confirms Myocarditis Post Jab

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

• A study estimated the incidence of myocarditis after COVID-19 shots and compared it with expected rates in British Columbia; a significantly increased risk of myocarditis was found following COVID-19 jabs
• While seven myocarditis cases would be expected within seven days, the study found 99 cases among those who’d received the shots
• Within 21 days post-vaccination, 141 cases of myocarditis occurred. The expected rate was 20
• This worked out to a myocarditis rate of 1.37 per 100,000 COVID-19 doses, compared with an expected rate of 0.39 per 100,000 people who did not get the shots
• Rates of myocarditis after COVID-19 shots were highest among males, those aged 18 to 29 years, people who received a Moderna COVID-19 shot and people who received two doses

Staying Fully Unvaccinated

It took awhile, but a few billion people are now able to confirm what they suspected since the beginning of the pandemic, namely that it is mostly a fear-based campaign that went “viral,” and the main goal was always simply pushing toxic “vaccinations.”

In other words, if you DO NOT have millions of spike proteins throughout your vascular system and flooding your vital organs, you have a better chance of fending off Covid. This is simply because your immune system, heart and cleansing organs are not being taxed, polluted and strained by millions of toxic prions that mimic the lab-concocted, gain-of-function SARS-CoV-2 virus.

This is a look into ADE, auto-immune disorder and how booster shots continue to weaken the immune system, a bit more each injection, because there are millions more spike proteins to invade vital organs, including the liver and pancreas, as we are seeing with science-backed evidence. Pfizer-Gate has been blown wide open, and the masses are starting to die off and disappear, almost like Nazi Germany, but this time throughout the world. It’s a vaccine holocaust, and it’s not just lead by Pfizer, but Moderna and many more pharma conglomerates.

So if someone asks you what your vaccine “status” is, and you want or need them to know (even though it’s nobody’s business), then simply say “I am fully… unvaccinated.” This choice has enabled your immune system to do what it’s supposed to do, naturally and fend off viruses, bacteria and pathogens.

Stop the vaccinations

 

I find it difficult to share the column by Emerald Robinson; she’s reporting on research conducted “by a group of German scientists who call themselves The Working Group For COVID Vaccine Analysis.”  Some of my family and friends have gotten the COVID jab(s), and it’s a sorry comment that I hope that the only side-effect that any of them – indeed ANYONE who’s been jabbed -- will experience is the possibility of being biometrically surveilled sometime in the future. Here’s the beginning of Ms. Robinson’s column:

One of the most important reports in the world has been released by a group of German scientists who call themselves The Working Group For COVID Vaccine Analysis. The members of the group have chosen to remain anonymous at the moment because vaccine critics “have been publicly defamed, ostracized, and economically ruined.” That’s a wise decision — considering the contents of this report. This working group has made several preliminary discoveries that will reverberate around the world.

The conclusion of this group’s report is simple and stark: all COVID vaccine programs must be halted immediately.

Why? Because every COVID vaccine that was tested was toxic to human beings.

To make matters worse: the blood of vaccinated individuals has been corrupted in terrible ways, including deformed red blood cells, blood clots, elevated blood viscosity, and the presence of “novel structures” made of strange materials that “cannot be explained as contamination from the manufacturing process.”

Let me repeat: all COVID vaccines that were tested contained “substances the purpose of which cannot be determined.”

The inescapable conclusion from this report will send shockwaves throughout the world: the COVID vaccines are toxic to humans and they were designed to be toxic.

Dangerous substances and toxic metals that were never disclosed by Pfizer or Moderna or AstraZeneca or Johnson & Johnson are found consistently in blood samples and, therefore, cannot be “accidental contaminants” but rather ingredients that were secretly and deliberately included in the vaccines.

I want to highlight four of the group’s discoveries:

The first discovery: toxic substances were found in all of the samples of COVID-19 vaccines — without exception.

The second discovery: The blood samples of all the people who had been vaccinated showed marked changes.

The third discovery: The greater the stability of the envelope of lipid nanoparticles, the more frequent are vaccine side effects.

The fourth discovery: The vaccines consistently contain substances the purpose of which cannot be determined. Using a small sample of live blood analyses from both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals, artificial intelligence (AI) can distinguish with 100% reliability between the blood of the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. This indicates that the COVID-19 vaccines can effect long-term changes in the composition of the blood of the person vaccinated without that person being aware of these changes.

Let me finish this post with some thoughts on the fourth discovery: the vaccines consistently contain substances the purpose of which cannot be determined. What are these “metallic” substances and “novel structures” meant to do? The key is to remember that the COVID “vaccines” are actually part of a new system of global biometric surveillance.

Dr Robert Malone’s Global COVID Summit Declaration

Dr Malone, Vitamin D3, and Preventable Death

Dr Robert W Malone is the scientist who is credited with inventing the mRNA technology, i.e., the delivery system for the COVID “vaccines” by Pfizer, Moderna, et al.  He is hardly an anti-vaxxer, and this blog has linked to his speeches and articles before.  Because he is on record as skeptical of the “vaccines”, especially for children, he’s been censored, kicked off YouTube and Twitter, etc., but his latest posting on Substack reviews the role Vitamin D3 has played in human resistance to viruses.  He begins:

The Ugly History of Vitamin D3 and Fauci's pro-Vaccine Bias

The inconvenient truth is that even at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, a very simple, inexpensive and effective treatment was available that could have saved the majority of lives lost (1-3). All that the WHO and public health bureaucracy had to do was to recommend and support people taking sufficient Vitamin D3. This failure to act traces back to the unscientific bias and pro-vaccine obsession of Dr. Anthony Fauci. And once again the legacy media, while being paid by the US government and the pharmaceutical industry to promote vaccination, acted by censoring, defaming and suppressing the ability of physicians to inform people of scientific truth. The disease you suffered, the loss of life among your family and friends, could have been greatly reduced by simply getting enough Vitamin D3. This is another example of what happens when unelected bureaucrats are allowed to control free speech. Crimes against humanity.

The effectiveness of Vitamin D3 as an immune system-boosting prophylactic treatment for influenza and other respiratory RNA viruses was first discovered in 2006 (4, 5). Despite that fact that this treatment is amazingly effective for preventing death (by strengthening your immune system), it has never been investigated by the NIH, promoted by the CDC or by the US government for the treatment of influenza. One major issue has been that uncontrolled variables of dosing, timing of dosing and disease status have resulted in inconsistent clinical trial results (much as we have seen with the Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine COVID trials). However, when Vitamin D3 is given prophylactically at sufficient doses, there is clear and compelling evidence that Vitamin D blood levels of around 50 ng/ml will substantially reduce symptomatic infection, severe disease and mortality.

Longstanding worldwide public health policy is that Vitamin D should be taken at sufficient levels (typically supplemented in milk products) to prevent the bone disease called rickets. But this is just a minimal level to prevent a very obvious debilitating disease. The recommended Vitamin D levels in our milk are not sufficient for the more subtle immune system-boosting effects of this critical vitamin. Our bodies’ way of normally producing Vitamin D requires a lot of sunlight, but life in the modern world and northern latitudes make this difficult- particular in winter months which is often when the respiratory viruses cause the most disease and death. In a sense, disease and death from Influenza and other respiratory RNA viruses are a lifestyle disease. Just the way things are. Largely avoidable unnecessary death. . . .

Legal recourse for "vaccines"?

 

Whether you have gotten the jab or not, Paul S. Gardiner at American Thinker is not the first to point out that the mRNA experimental gene therapy is not a “vaccine.”  That is a distinction that was made early on in the “plandemic.”  But Mr. Gardiner is proposing a potential legal remedy that citizens might demand.  While IMHO it is a long shot, I am sharing it anyway:

. . . Why call an experimental gene therapy product a "vaccine"?  Dr. [David] Martin believes that there are two basic reasons: 1) to circumvent liability for damages, and 2) if the products were called gene therapy or a similar label, most people would wisely refuse to use them.

Regarding avoiding liability for damages, as long as the U.S. is under a state of emergency, things like COVID-19 "vaccines" are allowed under emergency use authorization.  As long as the emergency use authorization is in effect, the makers of these "vaccines" are not financially liable for any damages that comes from their use.  However, Dr Martin states that "there is no liability shield for a medical emergency countermeasure that is gene therapy."  In fact, if the documentation Pfizer and Moderna provided the Federal Drug Administration for emergency use authorization can be proven fraudulent, then there is no legal protection.

Given the above, a multitude of multi-million-dollar lawsuits are possible, if not probable, against the two pharmaceutical companies by parties who have been "injured" in one way or another by Moderna and Pfizer inoculations.  Depending on the evidence produced, criminal indictments may also be a possibility.

What needs to happen next?  Dr. Martin urges citizens to contact their state attorney, governor, representatives, and anyone else who might be in a position to take action to address and correct what he calls a tremendous fraud on the American people. . . .

Dr Mercola on getting the jab

 

Yesterday, this blog posted about censorship of COVID skeptics, including those who won't take the jab and who question the "narrative" -- including the masks, the social distancing, and the jab itself.  At Uncanceled News, Dr Joseph Mercola has an update on the “vaccines” and once again, it’s scary:

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

• Moderna announced they were developing three vaccines using mRNA technology for cancer, shingles and herpes. Yet, the current mRNA shot has not proven to be successful, nor are the long-term effects of genetic therapy known
• Moderna and BioNTech, the two companies that developed mRNA vaccines with emergency use authorization in the U.S., had not produced an approved product before the COVID injection
• Some authorities believe the shot is successful. Yet, it doesn’t stop recipients from getting the illness or from being hospitalized, and it has a significant risk of adverse side effects, including permanent disability and death
• Dr. Robert Malone, who discovered how to prepare mRNA so human cells could incorporate the genetic code and use it, warned the FDA that the shot could be dangerous, and he is warning parents they should carefully consider injecting children, which is an irreversible decision

Moderna produces one of three COVID shots available in the U.S.[1] In November 2021, Moderna released data on third-quarter sales showing phenomenal profits from the vaccine of $5 billion worldwide and forecasted $18 billion for the year just from the mRNA vaccine.[2] To take advantage of this revenue stream, the company announced they are developing three new mRNA vaccines for shingles, cancer and herpes.[3]

At the start of the vaccine race, the Health and Human Services Operation Warp Speed pledged to deliver 300 million doses of the vaccine by 2021.[4] This was just months after the pandemic had been declared in early 2020. Yet, developing a safe and effective vaccine normally takes years and begins with animal studies.[5]

In addition to the speed at which the vaccine was developed, the shot did not fit the definition of a vaccine at that time, as the mRNA product the pharmaceutical companies were planning does not induce immunity in and of itself; rather, it delivers instructions to the recipient’s cells to do that by producing their own proteins to fight the targeted disease. So what did the CDC do? They changed the definition of vaccine.

Britain, Czech Republic, Israel: no vaccine mandates!

Great Britain, the Czech Republic, and Israel are backing away from COVID vaccine mandates amid increasing evidence that the leaky vaccines are making the pandemic worse.

It is becoming harder to deny the glaringly obvious facts that COVID infection rates are increasing worldwide in proportion with the rate of vaccination, and that the injections have dreadful adverse side effects which may be contributing to a marked increase in all cause deaths.

In light of growing awareness that the vaccines are failing, it should not be a surprise that Moderna and BioNTech stocks are down 8-10 percent this week, 60 percent since August.

Dr Malone on the COVID vaccines, children, more

 

WND has a partial transcript of an interview with Dr Robert Malone, who is credited with inventing the mRNA technology behind the Pfizer and Moderna “vaccines”.  The full report is here.  Here are some extracts:

Dr. Robert Malone cited the evidence for his concerns about the vaccines, the mandates and policies he believes are causing serious harm, particularly to children. . .

He believes the consequences will be fundamental, with a "damaged" hospital and medical-care delivery system and a loss of faith in the government.

The insertion of the government in the affairs of the family, with the lockdowns, school shutdowns, and the vaccine and mask mandates, is causing damage that is "deep and profound and will last for decades," he said.

"Evil can sometimes be intentional, and sometimes it's unintentional, but right now what we're seeing happening with our children is fundamentally evil," he said.

His big concern is that the experimental vaccines have been "rushed out the door" without the measures and the time that previously have been employed to ensure safety and efficacy.

As a 30-year veteran of vaccine development, he decried "the things that Pfizer is getting away with, the data manipulation, the flat-out fraudulence in some of the clinical trial data."

"If I pulled those tricks, I would be barred from clinical research in the future," he said

"It's not right in terms of ensuring safety and efficacy for the world's population."

He called the COVID-19 vaccine rollout the "largest experiment being done on human beings, and it's being done in a haphazard way that is violating all the norms for how clinical research, advanced development and regulatory affairs are supposed to be managed."

'Wrong think'

Malone said he has known White House coronavirus adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci for 30 years and has gone "toe to toe" with him at various times over that period of time.

The vaccine researcher shrugs off the criticism from public health officials and others, arguing that many of his conclusions and claims were "heresy" and "wrong think" six months ago but increasingly have become "accepted dogma."

Among the "former heresies" are his claims about the toxicity of the spike protein in SARS-CoV-2, the "shell game" with Pfizer's licensing of its Cominarty COVID vaccine and the vaccine risks to children.

"I chose that as the hill I would die on, to do everything I could to keep from mandatory vaccination of children," he said.

He also made, in early 2020, the "risk assessment that we didn't have time to build a vaccine that was going to be safe and effective and we needed to focus on repurposed drugs."

He first began to focus on repurposed drugs on Jan. 10, 2020, when the virus sequence – then called the Wuhan seafood market virus – was first uploaded.

Malone also came up with the mast cell hypothesis, the inflammatory cascade basis for the pulmonary damage caused by the virus.

A big concern has been the "hunting down" and "driving out" of physicians who push back against efforts to curb their ability to treat patients and save lives.

"The stuff that's gone on is going to fill the history books for decades and decades and decades," he said.

No longer the gold standard?

Malone noted he was at a roundtable in Lisbon, Portugal, with about 50 "thought leaders" – politicians, medical professionals and journalists.

One of the participants asked, in Malone's words, during the Q&A: "Dr. Malone, we've always believed that the CDC and the FDA were the gold standard worldwide for health and pharmaceutical regulation. And what we've learned through this is that they are corrupt, and we can no longer rely on them."

Malone said that statement "hit me like a brick in the head."

"I hadn't really realized up until that point that what we've done is gone through this insane rushing of pushing something out that is not safe and is not effective, and breaking all the rules. And pushing it on the rest of the world through all kinds of means," he said.

"What we've done is compromised the world's belief in the integrity of the American system for regulating drugs and biologics."

He sees a movement in the global pharmaceutical industry away from the United States and toward China and India.

Public trust in the U.S. has been "deeply, deeply damaged," he said.

America Unhinged: Dr. Bryan Ardis Warns About the Medical Establishment’s Covid Lies

Your weekend read.  Ramon Tomey at FreedomFirstNetwork transcribed a video featuring Bryan Ardis on “America Unhinged.”  Ardis connects most of the dots in the media and government propaganda on the COVID-19 “vaccines.”  His explanations sound downright creepy, yet they are consistent with what I’ve been posting on vaccine mandates, hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, zinc, etc., via NOQ, American Thinker, and other skeptical sources over the last year:

Texas chiropractor Dr. Bryan Ardis warned about the medical establishment’s lies about the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19). He issued this warning during the Oct. 25 edition of “America Unhinged” on Brighteon.TV. Ardis also told program host and theologian John Diamond how more effective COVID-19 cures have been discredited in favor of the vaccines.

Ardis noted how public health agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) “continue to propagate fear.” He said: “They lie to you regarding statistics around infections, and they exaggerate them and inflate them. They’ve been selling you the idea that you need a vaccine to inject in your body to save you.”

The host of “The Dr. Ardis Show” on Brighteon.TV added that the risks have always outweighed the purported benefits of the vaccines, contrary to what the authorities insist. “They try to coerce, they try to bully and they have been attempting to shame everyone in America into getting these COVID-19 shots,” Ardis said.

He also mentioned the FDA’s plan to mandate COVID-19 vaccination for children aged five to 11 years old. According to a Guardian report, advisers for the regulatory body have recommended the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine for the said age group based on data submitted by the companies. During the Oct. 26 meeting by the FDA’s advisory panel, 17 voted yes and only one abstained.

“The FDA is deciding to vote on and mandate COVID-19 vaccines [on] all children in America – and it’s horrific. You should not be okay with them actually pumping these vaccines and mandating [them for] children,” Ardis said.

“The Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson [vaccine] fact sheets … [state] that these shots do not prevent you from getting COVID-19, nor [do they] stop you from transmitting [SARS-CoV-2] to another person. What’s incredible about [this is that] they keep telling you in the media: ‘In order to stop the pandemic or the spread of this virus, you need to get vaccinated.’”

Ardis denounces the continued use of remdesivir against COVID-19

“I’ve been in the media, non-stop, warning the American public to stay away from hospitals because [Dr.] Anthony Fauci has set up a protocol that will maim, disease and kill a lot of Americans,” Ardis told Diamond. “I knew that he was using this protocol of a deadly drug called remdesivir in all hospitals in America.”

According to Ardis, the country’s top infectious disease expert has a sinister purpose for promoting the remdesivir protocol. “Fauci is setting this up to kill a bunch of Americans, so he could sell the idea that the COVID-19 infection was deadly and that he had a savior vaccine that everyone needed to get,” the chiropractor said.

Ardis’ remarks against remdesivir came more than a month after he appeared on another Brighteon.TV program, “The Matrixxx Grooove Show.” He denounced the remdesivir protocol on the show’s Sept. 2 episode.

He explained that remdesivir causes acute kidney failure in 35 percent of patients who used it within five to ten days. When combined with the anti-inflammatory dexamethasone and the antibiotic vancomycin, it causes acute kidney failure in up to 45 percent of patients in a span of five days.

Diamond asked Ardis if the campaign to discredit hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and ivermectin (IVM) was part of the FDA’s plan to grant emergency use authorization (EUA) for the COVID-19 shots. “Is that why they tried to suppress all of the HCQ and IVM, because they wanted to push these vaccines?”

Ardis answered in the affirmative. “They wanted to have an EUA given to a vaccine maker. By law, there cannot be any other medication or treatment already proven to actually be safe and effective against the virus in order for a vaccine to be given an EUA. “They also had to lie to us … that IVM wasn’t safe or effective. It’s actually been proven in 63 studies from 18 countries to stop COVID-19 infection [and] transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in 48 hours or less.”

I have not checked each claimed exemption in this comment, although we KNOW the illegal invaders are not being vaxxed or even screened.  But if ANY subset of the population is exempt from getting the [mis-named] “vaccine,” then that gives the game away.
