Dr Joseph Mercola : It’s not a “vaccine”

 

It’s not only not a "vaccine", it’s not only a gene therapy, it’s an experimental gene therapy.  And the CDC quietly changed the definition of “vaccine” to mislead the public. 

Here are the bullet points from Dr Joseph Mercola’s article at America First Report:

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

• The notion that the COVID shots are a form of gene therapy is so risky for Big Pharma’s bottom line, they’re going to great lengths to make sure people don’t think of them that way
• The Associated Press published a “fact check” in which they argued that COVID shots are not gene therapy because they do not alter your genes
• The AP misled readers by focusing on just one part of the FDA’s definition of a gene therapy — the part about modifying expression of a gene. But the full definition also includes the words “or to alter the biological properties of living cells,” which is precisely what the COVID shots do
• When the mRNA shots were rolled out in 2021, they did not meet the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s definition of a vaccine. They only met the FDA’s definition of a gene therapy
• The only reason COVID shots meet the CDC’s definition of a vaccine now is because they changed the definition to prevent “COVID-19 deniers” from saying that “COVID-19 vaccines are not vaccines per CDC’s own definition”

And below is Dr Mercola’s fuller explanation of HOW the CDC manipulated the information (footnote omitted):

All the way up until the end of October 2021, the CDC defined a vaccine as “a product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease.” Immunity, in turn, was defined as “Protection from an infectious disease,” meaning that “If you are immune to a disease, you can be exposed to it without becoming infected.”

The new definition of “vaccine” is: “A preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases.” So, a “vaccine” went from being something that produces protective immunity, to simply stimulating an immune response. The key words “to produce immunity” were eliminated from the equation.

This makes the COVID shots fit the description, as they do not make you immune against COVID-19 and weren’t designed to prevent infection in the first place.

Internal CDC correspondence11 obtained through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests also conclusively prove the reason for the change was simply to shut down arguments by “right-wing COVID-19 pandemic deniers” that “COVID-19 vaccines are not vaccines per CDC’s own definition.” . . .

• Americans had lost nearly three years of life expectancy during 2020 and 2021. In 2019, the average life span of Americans of all ethnicities was 78.8 years. By the end of 2020, it had dropped to 77.0 years and by the end of 2021 it was 76.4
• From 2020 to 2021, death rates increased for each age group 1 year and over. The age groups with the highest increases include working age adults, 25 to 54, and children under 4
• The leading causes of death in 2021 were heart disease, cancer and COVID-19, all three of which were higher in 2021 than 2020. Unintentional injury and stroke also significantly increased in 2021
• Heart disease, stroke and cancer are all now-known side effects of the COVID jabs. Unintentional injuries may also be due to the shots, as you may easily be injured if you pass out or suffer a heart attack or stroke while doing just about anything
• If the COVID jabs worked, you’d expect excess mortality to drop, yet that’s not what we’re seeing. We’re also not seeing mass death from COVID. The only clear factor that might account for these discrepancies is mass injection with an experimental gene transfer technology

Legal recourse for "vaccines"?

 

Whether you have gotten the jab or not, Paul S. Gardiner at American Thinker is not the first to point out that the mRNA experimental gene therapy is not a “vaccine.”  That is a distinction that was made early on in the “plandemic.”  But Mr. Gardiner is proposing a potential legal remedy that citizens might demand.  While IMHO it is a long shot, I am sharing it anyway:

. . . Why call an experimental gene therapy product a "vaccine"?  Dr. [David] Martin believes that there are two basic reasons: 1) to circumvent liability for damages, and 2) if the products were called gene therapy or a similar label, most people would wisely refuse to use them.

Regarding avoiding liability for damages, as long as the U.S. is under a state of emergency, things like COVID-19 "vaccines" are allowed under emergency use authorization.  As long as the emergency use authorization is in effect, the makers of these "vaccines" are not financially liable for any damages that comes from their use.  However, Dr Martin states that "there is no liability shield for a medical emergency countermeasure that is gene therapy."  In fact, if the documentation Pfizer and Moderna provided the Federal Drug Administration for emergency use authorization can be proven fraudulent, then there is no legal protection.

Given the above, a multitude of multi-million-dollar lawsuits are possible, if not probable, against the two pharmaceutical companies by parties who have been "injured" in one way or another by Moderna and Pfizer inoculations.  Depending on the evidence produced, criminal indictments may also be a possibility.

What needs to happen next?  Dr. Martin urges citizens to contact their state attorney, governor, representatives, and anyone else who might be in a position to take action to address and correct what he calls a tremendous fraud on the American people. . . .

Now they are coming for your kids

 

The federal government just won’t stop.  Here’s an update from Issues and Insights on the move to force a COVID “vaccine” (read: experimental gene therapy) on children:

It goes without saying that parents almost always know what’s best for their kids. But the FDA and woke officials in the White House and Congress don’t agree. They intend to force COVID vaccines on your kids, whether you like it or not. Don’t let them. It’s politics, not science.

In a desperate bid to find more COVID victims to save with experimental vaccines, the Federal Drug Administration just gave the Pfizer anti-COVID vaccine “emergency use” authorization for children aged 5-11. Get ready for a big propaganda push.

. . .

The truth is, COVID isn’t a serious threat to kids up to 18. And no, we’re not against vaccines. They’ve been shown to work well at preventing hospitalizations and deaths for those in the highest-risk groups. If you’re at extreme risk, you’d be wise to get a shot.

But as the Daily Mail reported, “Parents have been split 50-50 over vaccinating children because kids . . . make up less than 0.1% of all COVID deaths in the U.S.” Not to mention that the effects of experimental drugs on kids are still unknown.

As with lockdowns, vaccine mandates are not really about health at all. They’re about control. In this case, government control of your children.

Theatergoers will have to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or show proof of a recent negative test in order to attend shows at Playhouse Square. The new policy, issued on top of the existing mask mandate for all audience members regardless of vaccination status, goes into effect on September 30.

“From the momentum we have created with the successful run of ‘The Choir of Man,’ we are building toward full-capacity performances for the return of Broadway, our beloved resident companies, concerts and comedy shows,” said Playhouse Square President & CEO Gina Vernaci in a press release. “We are all eager to enjoy live performances together again; the vaccination requirement being enacted by Playhouse Square and venues across the country enables us to maintain our forward motion responsibly.”

The new protocols are similar to the measures currently being enforced on Broadway in New York City. The Cleveland Orchestra and Cleveland Pops Orchestra announced the same requirements starting on Sept. 15. . . .

Will you comply?  Where do you draw your line?  Our household has tickets for performances postponed in 2020 because of the lockdowns.  We will be turning in those tickets for a tax credit.

Is it responsible to require proof of having had a dangerous experimental gene therapyinjection in order to be seated?  Showing proof of a negative test for COVID essentially validates rules that do not follow science and are merely political theater.  Sad.  And scary.  And it’s here in Cleveland.
