Lots of chatter over the House passing
the Replacement (not the Repeal Only) bill to rid us of Obamacare, but my guess is it’s
just more Kabuki Theater. Kemberlee Kaye at Legal Insurrection is probably on
the mark:
The
bill now heads to the Senate where as Politico reports,
“Republicans have expressed deep reservations about it.”

Seeing
as the vote immediately preceding the Obamacare repeal vote was to exempt
Congress from their own health insurance legislation, I remain fairly skeptical
of what lies ahead.
